Social Media Critique & Marketing Strategy Project

In my one of my final marketing classes of my college career, the final project was to pick a local small business in Philadelphia and analyze their digital presence. I selected the food and drink business category due to my past work experience in that industry, and was teamed up with others who had similar interests/past work experience in it as well. My team decided to do Richie's Cafe, the cafe version of the beloved Richie's -- a local, family-owned sandwich shop that was located on campus.


Critique

First, we were tasked with evaluating Richie's Cafe's digital presence through its social media channels, website, and SEO.

New Marketing Strategy

Secondly, we created a strategy overview of how Richie's Cafe could then improve its digital presence, adding some mock implementation examples.
